4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
3 Tablespoons Butter
3 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 cups Onion, Diced
8 ounces, weight Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced
14 ounces, fluid Chicken Broth
4- 1/2 ounces, weight Garlic Herb Cheese Spread (Alouette)
2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
1 pound Spaghetti

Cook bacon in a large pan until crisp.

Remove and set aside.

Wipe all but 2 tablespoon of bacon grease from pan.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in bacon grease until browned.

Remove and place chicken in casserole dish.

Add butter to pan; when melted, stir in flour.
