Cream Of Wild Mushrooms With Thyme

   Saute the onion in the oil in a skillet on low heat.

   Add the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.

   Add the chicken broth and cook for up to 12 minutes.

   Remove the mushrooms and onions from the broth and add to a food processor. Add a small amount of broth and puree until smooth.

   Add the mixture to a bowl. Add the sour cream and blend thoroughly. Season with pinch of salt and fresh thyme.
