1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp chicken stock
1 salt and pepper (to taste)

In a medium sauce pan add butter and flour and cook roux until golden brown

Add in onions and garlic and sautee for few minutes

Add in broccoli and mushroom and sautee for another 3 minutes

Add in water and chicken stock.

Add in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Adding salt and pepper to taste
