3 stalks celery
2 lb. crawfish

1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
1 c. green onions

1 large onion
1 bell pepper
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Parmesan cheese or seasoned bread crumbs (optional)

Melt margarine.

Saute celery, onion, green onion and bell pepper.
