2 rashers bacon
3 oz. butter or margarine
2 oz. fresh white bread crumbs
4 oz. crab meat
2 eggs
6 large tomatoes
grated cheese
salt and pepper
6 small rounds of buttered toast

Chop onion, celery and bacon finely and fry in butter with the bread crumbs until the onion is tender.
