1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon butter
¾ cup onion, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped

1 cup chicken broth

Place sausage in a large, deep skillet.

Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.

Ina saute pan, cook onion and celery in butter until soft.
