3/4 c ketchup

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp steak sauce (A-1)
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, and saut for 3 minutes or until tender.
