Cinnamon Roll-Ups

   Cut crust off bread.

   (If using cream cheese, spread a thin coating of cream cheese on bread after flattening.) Flatten bread with a rolling pin.

   Melt margarine.

   Put cinnamon sugar on a plate.

   Roll flattened bread slices into logs, cut in half to make 2 short logs.

   Dip bread in margarine, covering completely.

   Roll in cinnamon to cover.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350u00b0 for 8 minutes.
