Cinnamon Pie

   This makes a small pie.

   For a 9-inch pie, use more ingredients (about 1 1/2 times more).

   Combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, water, eggs and butter in blender bowl and blend for 1/2 minute.

   Pour into unbaked pie shell.

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.

   Test with knife in center as you would pumpkin pie.
