1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. diced bananas

Do not use mixer.

Blend with a spoon.

Sift dry ingredients together.

Add remaining ingredients until all are mixed well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Place foil over cake top for the last 20 minutes to prevent cracking.
