Ingredients: 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef; 2 teaspoons Chili Powder; 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley; 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin; 1 teaspoon Paprika; 1 teaspoon Onion Salt; 1/2 teaspoons Oregano; 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder; 3/4 cups Water; 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 Oz.); 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced; 3 cups Tortilla Chips; 1 cup Shredded Colby-jack Cheese; 1/2 cups Fresh Salsa

Servings: persons

1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
1- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Onion Salt
1/2 teaspoons Oregano
1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
3/4 cups Water
1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 Oz.)
1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
3 cups Tortilla Chips
1 cup Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
1/2 cups Fresh Salsa

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook ground beef until no longer pink.

Drain fat.

Add seasonings and water.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add tomatoes and green pepper.

Simmer an additional 5 minutes.

In a greased 3.5 quart casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the tortilla chips, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/2 of the cheese.

Repeat layers and dot the top with salsa.

Bake for 20 minutes.
