Chocolate Pudding

   In a medium pot, stir the sugars, cornstarch, and cocoa powder until well combined.

   Slowly whisk the milk and half-and-half into the mixture, then bring to a boil, whisking vigorously until thick.

   Whisk in the chocolate chips and butter until fully incorporated and smooth.

   Whisk in the vanilla.
