Chocolate-Peanut Butter Delights

   Spread about 1 teaspoon peanut butter on half of crackers. Top with remaining crackers.

   Melt chocolate flavored candy coating in top of double boiler or you can melt a few squares at a time in microwave for about 2 minutes.

   Dip sandwich crackers in coating, allowing excess to drain.

   Place on wax paper to cool. Melt vanilla flavored candy coating just as you did the chocolate. Place mixture in a heavy duty zip-top plastic bag and seal. Using scissors, snip a tiny hole in end of bag.

   Drizzle mixture on top of chocolate covered crackers.
