Chocolate Meringue Kisses(Cookies)

   Beat egg whites until frothy.

   Gradually beat in a little at a time all of the sugar and a pinch of salt.

   Beat until very stiff and glossy.

   Stir in vanilla and chips.

   Drop heaping teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on ungreased wrapping paper on baking sheet.

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 20 minutes, until delicately brown.
