1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
8 ounces Cool Whip
Crust
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
Topping
heavy cream, whipped
chocolate shavings or a dusting cocoa powder
