Garlic salt to taste
Cornstarch
2 Large eggs, beaten
Oil
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup

Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt; roll in cornstarch.

Dip in Large eggs.

Cook in small amount of oil in frying pan till brown; place in shallow casserole.

Mix monosodium glutamate, sugar, stock, vinegar, salt, soy sauce and catsup; pour over chicken.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
