Chikuwa Fishcake and Potato Oven Bake

   Boil the potato until it's soft enough for a bamboo skewer to go through easily.

   Add mayonnaise and mix.

   Use less mayonnaise than the amount of potato.

   Cut the chikuwa into 4 pieces.

   Place the potato mayonnaise from Step 1 into the groove of the chikuwa.

   Lay the chikuwa from Step 3 on a casserole or gratin dish.

   Squeeze over mayonnaise and add pizza cheese on top.

   Bake in a toaster oven.

   Once the cheese has melted and browned, it's done.
