Chicken with Kimchi and Mayonnaise

   Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

   Add some sesame oil to a frying pan and start cooking skin side down.

   Pan fry the chicken, turning over occasionally until browned on both sides.

   Sprinkle with sake and put on a lid to steam-fry

   Put on kitchen paper towels to absorb excess oil, then transfer to a serving plate.

   Add the kimchi and sesame seeds.

   Add the mayonnaise.

   Sprinkle with chopped green onions and you're done!
