Ingredients: 500 grams Chicken thighs with or without bones; 1 tbsp Garlic oil; 1 clove Finely minced garlic; 1 Onion; 1 medium Carrot; 400 grams Canned tomatoes; 250 ml Water; 50 ml White wine; 2 tsp Soup stock cube; 2 tsp Sugar; 1 Herb salt; 1 Black pepper; 1 Finely chopped parsley

500 grams Chicken thighs with or without bones
1 tbsp Garlic oil
1 clove Finely minced garlic
1 Onion
1 medium Carrot
400 grams Canned tomatoes
250 ml Water
50 ml White wine
2 tsp Soup stock cube
2 tsp Sugar
1 Herb salt
1 Black pepper
1 Finely chopped parsley

Mince the onions and carrots.

Cut the chicken into 6 pieces, season with salt and pepper, then use a tea strainer to coat with cake flour.

Add the garlic oil to a thick frying pan, then cook the chicken with the skin side down.

Once it's browned, turn it over and cook the other side, then remove.

Add the minced garlic and vegetables to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook.

Put the meat back and add white wine.

Add the canned tomatoes, water, and soup stock to Step 3, and simmer for 30 minutes.
