1/2 c. celery
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 stick butter or margarine
18-oz. pkg. spaghetti
1 small jar pimento
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, cut up
4-oz. can mushroom soup
1 soup can chicken broth

Cook chicken in 2 quarts water.

Cool, skin and debone.

Chop celery, onion and pepper; saute in butter.

Cook spaghetti and drain.

Combine spaghetti, chicken, sauteed vegetables, pimento, cheese, hot peppers and soup with broth.

Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
