Chicken Spoonbread

   Combine cornmeal, flour and salt in heavy saucepan; add broth and cook until thickened.

   Stir in butter and cool.

   Blend in beaten egg yolks and fold in chopped chicken.

   Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

   Bake in a 6 x 10-inch greased baking dish at 375u00b0 for 40 minutes.
