2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onions, chopped

Salt & pepper
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. lowfat milk
1/2 box spaghetti, broken up
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh
1/4 c. Romano cheese, fresh

In large skillet, saute/fry onions in butter.

Add in tuna, liquid removed or possibly chicken.
