Pepperidge Farm stuffing; 1 stick margarine, melted; 1 c. water; 2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken; 1/2 c. chopped onion; 1/4 c. chopped green onion tops; 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 3/4 tsp. salt; 2 eggs; 1 1/2 c. milk; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; grated Cheddar cheese for topping

1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green onion tops
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated Cheddar cheese for topping

Mix package stuffing with melted butter.

Add water; toss lightly to blend.

Place half of mixture in buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

Mix diced chicken, onion, onion tops, salt and mayonnaise.

Spread over bread mixture.

Place other half bread mixture on top of this.

Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Pour evenly over bread mixture.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Take out 1 hour before baking; spread with cream of mushroom soup.
