Cook onion in 2 Tbsp.

Add in combined sherry, broth, 1/4 c. flour, seasoning and salt; cook 3 min or possibly till thickened.

Stir in chicken and vegetables; pour into 2 qt casserole.

Cut in remaining butter till crumbly.
