Chicken Murphy

   Wash chicken parts, remove skin. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut potatoes then fry and set aside.

   Fry onions only until limp and set aside. Cut up bell pepper, fry and set aside. Cut up vinegar and hot peppers, not too small. When chicken is done cover with potatoes, onions and peppers. Cover and return to oven. Bake about 30 minutes more or until hot all through.
