1 cup carrot
1 1/2 cups spaghetti
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons water
1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce or 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 teaspoons ginger
