Chicken In Foil

   For each serving, place a half chicken breast on a piece of heavy duty foil.

   Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

   Place 6 mushrooms on each breast and dot with 3 pats of butter.

   Seal airtight.

   Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.

   These may be frozen ready for the oven.
