Chicken In Double Mushroom Tomato Cream Sauce

   Slice the chicken into bite-size pices and saute in olive oil and garlic.

   In a sauce pan, saute mushrooms in olive oil until mushrooms are nearly cooked thoroughly, and add two cloves of chopped garlic. Cook about 2 minutes, then add the tomato sauce. When the sauce is heated, stir in the cream and rosemary.

   Add the sauce to the chicken pieces and simmer for about 10 - 13 minutes.
