Chicken Dumplings

   Cook hen in salted water until tender.

   Combine eggs, water and flour as for dumplings.

   Roll thin; cut into small strips. Cut strips into squares.

   Add pepper.

   Bring broth mixture to a boil; drop in dumplings.

   Cook for 5 minutes.
