1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry unseasoned bread crumbs

Remove outer wrapping from broccoli packages and microwave at High for 3 minutes or until each package is flexible.

Arrange broccoli in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

In medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic powder.

Stir in chicken; pour over broccoli.
