1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
breadcrumbs
butter

Bread chicken; fry until brown.

Cook broccoli.

Lay chicken on bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, then place cooked broccoli on top of chicken.

Mix together the mayonnaise, soup, broth, lemon juice and milk.

Pour mixture over broccoli, then cover with grated cheese.
