1 black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
12 oz white mushrooms, thinly sliced

heat oil in a saute pan over moderately high heat

brown chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes
