Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch triangles.

In medium mixing bowl, stir together Italian dressing, garlic powder and onion powder.

Stir in chicken triangles until all pieces are coated with dressing mixture.

In large mixing bowl, stir together Parmesan cheese, pecans and crushed crackers. Pour off any liquid from chicken pieces, then carefully stir chicken pieces into cracker mixture until each piece is coated. Cover large baking sheet with foil, then spray with nonstick spray.

Spread coated chicken pieces onto foil, keeping pieces from touching each other.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from foil.
