COOK bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Add apples, onions and 1 teaspoon steak seasoning. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to large bowl. Cool 10 minutes.

HEAT grill to medium-high. Crumble ground chicken over bacon mixture. Add bread crumbs, egg, mustard and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning; mix well. Shape into 6 (3 1/2-inch diameter) patties.

GRILL 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 170u00b0F. Top with cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted.
