Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole

   Take glass, oblong casserole dish and put rice and seasoning mix with 2 1/3 cups of hot water and stir well.

   Wash chicken pieces and arrange on top of rice mixture; salt and pepper them. Cover with foil and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.

   When done, mix 3/4 can mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk together and spoon over whole dish.

   Put back in oven until soup mixture bubbles.
