Ingredients: 1/4 c. olive oil; 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces; 1 1/2 lb. cubed chicken breast; 4 garlic cloves, minced; 1/2 c. white wine; 1/2 c. chicken broth; 1 tsp. oregano; 1 tsp. rosemary; 1/2 stick butter; salt and pepper; 1 jar roasted peppers, chopped; noodles, cooked

1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 lb. cubed chicken breast
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
1 jar roasted peppers, chopped
noodles, cooked

Cook sausage in oil until brown.

Remove from pan.

Add chicken and stir until cooked.

Pour out drippings, leaving 1 tablespoon.

Add wine and broth. Stir until boiling.

Add drained peppers, oregano and rosemary. Boil until thickened, approximately 10 minutes.
