1 teaspoon Minced Onion
1/4 cups Chopped Celery
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 cups Cubed Chicken (You Can Use Rotisserie Chicken)
6 ounces, weight Uncooked Large Amish Made Noodles
1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
14 ounces, fluid Chicken Broth
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
3 ounces, weight Can Of Mushrooms Plus Juice

In a 3-quart saucepan (I use my dutch oven), saute onion, chopped celery and butter.

Add chicken and noodles.

If you are not using rotisserie chicken, saute the chicken in a separate pan and after it is cooked, then add it with the noodles.

Combine the cream of chicken, chicken broth, lemon juice, pepper, and mushrooms plus juice in a bowl.

Add to the pot.

Cover and boil.

Simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes until sauce thickens and noodles are tender.

Stir often.
