In a large bowl, cream together margarine and sugars. Add baking powder, oil, water, and vanilla extract. Beat well. Add flour mixture and beat until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, and cherries.

Form dough into balls and place them on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly using your fingers.

Bake for 7-9 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Allow cookies to cool on sheet for a couple of minutes and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
