300 grams Ground pork
1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Chinese chicken stock powder
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp Ginger (tube type)
1/4 tsp Garlic (tube type)
1 Egg
100 grams Leek or Chinese chives (minced)
100 grams Rice (mochi rice if available)
1 dash Red food coloring
1 dash Soy sauce and Japanese mustard
