Chicken Gumbo

   Cook chicken until tender.

   Remove from bone; add carrots, onion, green pepper, tomatoes and celery.

   Return to pot and cook until tender.

   Add potatoes, okra and chicken.

   When cooked, brown a little flour and add to mixture.

   Salt, pepper and serve.
