Ingredients: 2 cups finely chopped, cooked chicken; 2 tablespoons butter; 2 tablespoons chopped onion; 1 tablespoon green pepper; 1/2 cup sour cream; 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (or to taste); 2 cups pie crust mix

2 cups finely chopped, cooked chicken
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon green pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne (or to taste)
2 cups pie crust mix

In a medium sized fry pan, melt butter.

Add onion, green pepper and saute 2-3 minutes.

Stir in chicken, cheese, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne.

Blend well and set aside.

Prepare pie crust mix according to package directions. Roll very thin and cut into 2 inch circles.

Place about 1 tsp of filling in the center of half of them.

Top with the other half and press sides together with fork to seal.

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Brush with egg whites.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
