3 cups celery, chopped
3 cups onions, chopped
3/4 cup flour
3 qt. reduced sodium chicken broth
3 qt. frozen chopped broccoli

1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 each bay leaf
3 cups VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product (FS), cubed

Heat oil in large soup pot.

Stir in celery and onion; cook on medium-high heat about 5 min.

Stir in flour; cook 1 min.

Add broth, broccoli, potatoes, milk, pepper and bay leaf.

Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 10 to 15 min.

Remove bay leaf.

Add soup in batches to blender container; blend until pureed.

Return mixture to pot.
