Ingredients: 2 loaves of fairly firm french bread slices lengthwise; 1/4 lb butter; 2 cloves garlic crushed; 1/2 cup chicken broth; 1 cup dry whitre wine; 3 eggs beaten; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp worcestershire sauce; 1/2 tsp dry mustard; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1 tsp white pepper; 1/2 tsp prepared mustard; 1 lb swiss cheese grated; 1/2 tsp cayenne; 1/4 cup parmesan grated

2 loaves of fairly firm french bread slices lengthwise
1/4 lb butter
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup dry whitre wine
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 lb swiss cheese grated
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup parmesan grated

mix broth, wine, eggs, salt, worcestershire, mustards, papreka, pepper and pour over bread

bake at 325 for 30 minutes or so. it should be fairly firm when cut into 1 x 3 inch pieces. serve warm.
