Cheese & bacon toasty

   Preheat the grill to hot.

   Grill one side of the bacon till it is ready to be turned.

   Then place on a heatproof plate and keep warm.

   Grill one side of the bread till a nice golden colour.

   Turn the bread over and place the bacon on one slice of the un-toasted side and top liberally with the grated cheese.

   Place back under the grill and cook till the bacon is cooked through and the cheese has melted and a nice bubbly brown.

   Lightly spread the second slice of toast with margarine and put on top pressing down at the same time.

   Cut in half and enjoy.
