Charlie'S Rabbit Barbecue

   Sprinkle chops with garlic salt and salt and pepper. Brown both sides. Chop a large onion; peel and chop 1 apple.

   Put apple and onion in frypan and simmer 5 minutes.

   Spoon onion and apple mix on each chop. Add 1 can beer.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

   If liquid is needed, add more beer.
