Cauliflower-Cheese Soup

   place potato, cauliflower except 2 cups for later, carrot, garlic, onion, salt, and water in sauce pan.

   bring to a boil and then simmer until everything is tender.

3. 3

   put everything in a blender and put back into a saucepan.

4. 4

   steam the rest of cauliflower until tender.

5. 5

   add cauliflower to the pureed and top with cheese.
