1 cup ketchup
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp tabasco pepper sauce
4 lb pork spare ribs

Combine all ingredients for sauce in sauce pan over high heat.

Blend with wire wisk until smooth.

When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 - 45 minutes.

When mixture thickens, remove from heat.

Preheat oven to 300F.

Coat ribs with sauce and cover with foil.

Place ribs in oven and cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Remove ribs from oven and grill 2 to 4 minutes per side, brushing each side with sauce.
