Ingredients: 2 tbsp butter; 3 cup white mushrooms fresh; 3 cup fresh brown mushrooms; 3 cup fresh oyster mushroom ( or any other fresh mushroom); 2 big onions cut in cubes; 3 clove garlic chopped; 125 ml sour cream; 1 salt and black pepper; 3 tbsp flour; 8 cup chicken broth; 1 water as needed for the soup; 3 cup fresh giant mushrooms

Servings: persons

2 tbsp butter
3 cup white mushrooms fresh
3 cup fresh brown mushrooms
3 cup fresh oyster mushroom ( or any other fresh mushroom)
2 big onions cut in cubes
3 clove garlic chopped
125 ml sour cream
1 salt and black pepper
3 tbsp flour
8 cup chicken broth
1 water as needed for the soup

melt the butter in a pan with the onions and garlic and cook until softened.

add the flour to the pan an stir for a min

cut the mushrooms in slices and add to the pan until softened

add stock and water, salt and pepper and cook for 20 to 25 mns

blend the mix until smooth then return to pan.

add sour cream, heat for 3 mns.
