Caramelized Onion, Sausage and Goat Cheese Pizza

   Preheat oven to 475 F.

   Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, crumbling it as you go.

   Once its browned remove sausage from the skillet with a slotted spoon and set asode.

   In the same skillet add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil and the margarine.

   When the margarine is melted add the onions and salt.

   Stir frequently over medium-high until the onions are caramelized.

   Meanwhile roll out your pizza dough to form a 12 circle.

   Transfer to a pizza pan (see tip above).

   Brush dough with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Top with the caramelized onions, then the sausage, then the cheese.

    Bake at 475 F for 25 minutes or until done in the center and crispy on the edges.
