2 Large Sweet Onions, Halved And Thinly Sliced

16 ounces, weight Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
32 Saltine Crackers, Finely Crushed And Divided
6 Large Eggs
4 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
